Congrats! Seller looks OK so all should be good.

Post pics once you receive the watch for confirmation all is fine.

I will, only thing I'm dubious about is the hand with the red tip I have heard you mentioned, which it doesn't look like it has, unless it's a different model?

If it is a genuine one, what kind of size strap would I be looking at, would like a brown one.

red tip on second hand would be wrong for this model !
watch is perfectly allright, very early 1990s Old Navi I, still w/o the "B" logo on the chrono second.
like I wrote, box is much, much later, but watch is correct

Right its arrived, got some photos. I think it is genuine, just a few niggles. Is the glass supposed to rotate with the bezel? I read it shouldn't. Another thing that makes me suspicious is that the watch makes a noise as the hand sweeps around.
There are three numbers on the back A13019, 81611 and 15010. I'm assuming one is the model number and one will be a serial?

I'm hoping the photos are good, its quite a powerful camera!

81611 is older ref#, A13019 is newer ref#, 15010 is serial.
Edit: misunderstanding

I'm confused, the crystal is or isn't supposed to move? What about the noise?
