Amazing -- you must have more straps than socks.

LoL! Thanks. A few. Been making quite a few lately. With recent health issues, I've had more than my share of time stuck at home.

Dave, as far as I understand it, you manufacture those straps yourself,
which I find most impressive, congrats.

Now an open word from a fellow vintage aficianodo, maybe try that last
one with a bit less of the red stitching, you might have a real winner here !

Great work. Sorry to hear about your health problems but it seems that you're putting your time to great use. Feel better soon.

Thanks guys. Been playing around with making straps for a couple months. A lot of trial and error, but sure keeps the mind off other things.

Fred, which red stitching would you leave out? The B, the tip, all of it?

Here's one more: padded ostrich leg

Dave, I think it is getting better and better, that ostrich leg strap is beautiful !

Please forgive me for commenting on the last one, it too was a lot more than i could hope to achieve myself, but I would have liked it even better without the "B" !

Thank you, Fred. I really love making these. It's a lot of fun and affords me the opportunity to try out a lot of customization I'd not be able to have if I had to buy every strap.

Please keep the comments coming! I'm still in a learning beginner phase; and outside views are a great way to learn what's working and what's not. I have to agree that the leather on the B strap would be great on its own. I love the idea of the "B", so I'll have to keep toying with it.

I've got to finally get out of the house and take care of so many obligations I'm behind on. Once I'm caught up tmrw; I'm going to start on a couple new ones; black full quill ostrich and hornback caiman.
