Haven't seen a good fake of this yet, but I thought that the 1s on the date were simple lines and these look to have serifs at the top which I have never seen.

Date font is definitely different to those on the Superocean 44's on Breitling's website.

The number 1 in the date should be a straight line. Vote fake.

Fake - between 60 and 15 on the bezel are big round circles on the picture above. Doesn't tie in with the picture on Breitling's website.

My vote is real. Aside from the serif on the date, it compares well to this viewtopic.php?f=15&t=38302

as you state, "aside from the serif", is it possible Breitling is using different date fonts on the same model ?

I think serif should be on 11, like on other Aeromarines.
11 without serif was on much older wheels.

No, I'm not.
Sorry, English is not my first language.
And I'm still here.

Agreed, it is just like that linked pic save for the font date.

Helluva good fake if so (if one's allowed to say that).

You may well be right - I can't find any definitive comparables with a date on the 11th. I would like to see this watch with another date that includes a 1.
