It is just so well balanced. Love it. Wish I had a 7"+ wrist. Maybe some day!

Wear it in good health Serge]

Thanks. My wrist is only 7 and it works, lugs don't hang over my wrist, and it's surprisingly comfortable even being such a beast.

Classic. Could you share some detail of it?

It was a two year run (1998/99) of 5000 pieces based on the original Premier (and Fred has them all :-) )
It came in two dial colours, this silver/champagne and black although I believe the silver was a bit more rare or so I read somewhere.
It was classified as a Navitimer for some strange reason or at least that's what the back case says. Fred will no doubt be able to explain it.
1999 models I believe had the date window added.
There was also a Grand Premier which had the sub-dials in the 6/9/12 config.
Here is the back:

Nice watch, enjoy!
I have both color combos of the Grand Premier and they also look splendid:) Hope I can post scans some day. (Now right after a surgery I1m happy to be able to sit...)
I think they call these (Grand) Premiers Navitimers because of the very same case/lugs design. The Grand Premiers were extremely hard to find, they were produced only in 1999, no idea about the output. They have cca. 40 mm diameter and fit very nice. Inside the ETA-Valjoux 7750.
Best,
Robert

Now, THAT, is funny. Laughed loud enough to wake up my beagles.
Thanks for the smile.
