My collection is getting a little crazy of late so I've decided to sort everything out (again) :D

If you want a Daytona, then for me this is it. The watch is an F serial from 2005. It comes with everything you would expect to receive... full box and papers set, hang tags, COSC tag, ALL the original links, bezel protector, cleaning cloth... literally everything.

On top of this, the watch has recently returned from Rolex after having a full overhaul service...

- Cost £659
- Warranty card dated February 16th 2012 so it will run for two years from that point
- Full service completed
- Brand new crystal installed
- Brand new crown and stem installed
- Fully documented invoice of the service request, receipts and information on what was actually carried out

The watch has been worn about 5 times since the service and it is therefore absolutely mint, and like new. The only way I think you'd find a similar example is to pay the £10,630 retail price :)

The white dial looks fantastic in the flesh, and the watch has the most amazing power reserve of any watch I've ever owned. I last wore it on Sunday morning but yesterday when I went to my watch box, it was only a few seconds out!

The bracelet appears to have no stretch and the comfort-system works brilliantly. I prefer this to the glidelock system now as you aren't fiddling with the adjustment as much. You know it'll only expand just enough with the comfort-link :-)

So in all, it's a fantastic example of a Daytona.

Price and Trades

I'm asking just £6500 for the watch.... incredibly reasonable considering it is a completely full set and has over 22 months of Rolex warranty :alien:

Obviously, due to the value, a cash-pickup is the preferred option as I'm sure neither of us would like RoyalMail handling this :drunken: I';m based in Manchester and happy to travel.

Trades... I'm open to trades of Rolex, Breitling and other big brands + cash from yourself :)
