I received the OEM deployment clasp and strap that I ordered from an AD. The deployment has an engraved logo, not a raising logo. Is it a old stock?

Thanks

Hi Wessa. It is from an US AD. I bought a few watches from them already. Do you mean that the deployment is fake?

Some photos of the strap and deployment:

I thought the deployment should come with raising logo. Is this one the old style?

Thanks

Somewhere in the last couple years everything started coming with raised logos but that is the only difference. It is probable there are still some with the etched logo new in stock. Nothing to worry about, especially since it came from an AD.

Hi sharkman

Thanks. The raised logo looks better IMO.

In that case, go back to the AD and ask them to change it. The one you have is totally genuine but I think you're entitled to ask for the latest design if that's what you prefer.

Good ask! Every clasp I've ever had (or recently sold) has had the raised logo.

I sent an email to the AD. Let's see what they reply today.

Here is the update.
My AD told me that it was sent from Breitling US, after I ordered it. Guess breilting still have some old stock there.
I don't want to waste the time to send it back to US for replacement.

So will just keep this one.

Thanks everyone.

I agree that the newer, raised logo looks better. However, it also is more prone to catching on things. From a practical standpoint, the engraved logo is probably preferable.
