Brave woman - my wife refused to get me a watch for my 40th because she was worried about making the wrong choice. I said to her that the watch was far less important than the sentiment and I am sure that the watch is very special simply because of the giver and the occasion.

My wife bought me that watch for my 30th which is what got me into watches. Tag's are unfairly criticized, theyre just as solid as Breitlings IMO. Congrats on a very thoughtful special gift.

That was exactly my situation a month ago. My wife ended up buying me a chair. Nice chair though; re- issue of Eames. Congrats on the watch/ wife combo!

Congrats on the 40th! I got a leather jacket which is now 3 sizes too big!
