What's a BBB report? I would definitely do that. The one good thing is that everything is covered under warranty. I only had the watch for 3 hours before returning it

BBB = Better Business Bureau. They are a consumer watchdog group, although they have no regulatory or legal authority.

When your watch is returned, & verified as fully repaired,
properly operating, & not subsequently damaged by inept
participants, you can lodge a negative BBB report against
the AD, & if necessary Breitling/BUSA. Aside from venting,
the BBB may assist in recovering any out of pocket expenses
you were assessed (?) due to these Buster Keaton series of events.

Uh...The BBB is a fraudulent company itself. I wouldn't waste your time with it as they cant do anything in assisting you getting your money back, the best they can do is give the company a F rating. Thats it.... Your better off complaining to BUSA.

Well, I didn't want to be the one to say it, but as someone who spent time in law school helping the government investigate and civilly prosecute companies that received A+ ratings from the BBB, I can say I don't have a huge amount of faith in their reputation certification.

Apparently BUSA just supplied the parts and the AD fixed it based on previous posts.
Never mind, don't seek the truth because you may not be able to handle the truth.
It does not matter, its a happy ending :-)
All that matters in the end.

I am extremely happy with it! All I got back was the watch in a little zipper box, and a brochure explaining what an overhaul is. No receipt or anything. I was told it was all covered under warranty.

Nope, the watch was at BUSA. What I was told is that BUSA themselves were waiting on parts.
