In this world when we drop our hard earned coin on something we want instant gratification and went we buy some thing expensive we expect world class service you where robbed of these simple pleasures by some half wit moron who would'ent know good service if it bit his balls.

I have 1 question who hired this sales person and how do we get rid of him and the salesman with no training in how to please a customer . Can no one at this AD change a fricken battery ? They do more to harm the Brand by there complete lack of common sense .These are the idiots who need to lose there AD privilege, they give Breitling AD's a bad name .

And as you can tell they piss me off !!!

Thanks for posting the pics Waleed, that's a lovely watch and it's nice to see the grey face too (I haven't seen many of those). Hope it's back on your wrist soon :D .

Very nice! You'll have it back before you know it.

Got in touch with my AD, they said they called BUSA and turns out it wasn't only the battery. BUSA is waiting on a part to arrive so they can fix it and put the watch back together

Wow, I am surprised and what rotten luck.

Well, it's away anyway and in the best place. Soon it will be with you and then it will be fine and hopefully you will be able to enjoy it. I had a few first 'experiences' too and I have had some really wonderful Breitlings since. Hang in there :D .

Conspiracy theory perhaps?
Could the "waiting for a part from BUSA" be just an excuse from the AD in order to cover up what may have been a pathetic mistake of not checking the watch out in the first place?

:huh

BUSA is waiting on a part from Breitling.

But you could be right, assuming the AD also shot Kennedy and Lincoln.

Agree. Sounds like BS. Sunburst model Airwolf should definitely be due for a battery, and the watch showed typical symptoms. I think the AD dropped the ball and is trying to cover their tracks.

Suffice it to say, I won't be going back to this AD. They're annoying when I call them to ask about it and they tell me that they'll get back to me and never do. I'm hanging in there, I stumbled on this watch and it was exactly the Airwolf I wanted. Won't be easy to find another one like that since they're discontinued.

My good friend Oliver Stone said he did. And I think we all know what that means.

When your watch is returned, & verified as fully repaired,
properly operating, & not subsequently damaged by inept
participants, you can lodge a negative BBB report against
the AD, & if necessary Breitling/BUSA. Aside from venting,
the BBB may assist in recovering any out of pocket expenses
you were assessed (?) due to these Buster Keaton series of events.

What's a BBB report? I would definitely do that. The one good thing is that everything is covered under warranty. I only had the watch for 3 hours before returning it
