My only concern is the back. It says "4448" in it, rather than "xxx/200"...

numbers on the back are all right. a bit worried about the claim "bought this watch new in february of this year from a Breitling Dealer",
as the watch is at least 16 years old, but may have been lying unused for all these years.

If you plan to wear it you should check service history - if any - or definitely think about having it serviced.
