No shots of back or movement. No reserve so it will sell. Looks to be in pretty good shape. I like the stainless/white face/black subs from a couple of weeks back, but this one has my eye too. I must be a sucker for contrasting subdials.

Real?

like. later 810 (probably 66 to 68), does have a regular caseback so easier to open/service, some watchmakers - rather competent ones - hate the first 810s with front access. worst case will require a service and then run faultlessly without slowing down for the next decades.

this one has the Venus178 movement, same as the classic Navitimers, gilded in these and very nice.

Pretty good guessing Fred seller says it is a 67. Anything else good or bad here? Seller says one family owner...if to be believed.

actually no real need to look, well preserved, case looks great, dial close to perfect, very little can go wrong here. we are just driving up the price ....

edit: looked, same opinion. u might want to ask re service history, but factor in a complete service if you plan to have it as a frequent wearer, won't drive you into bankruptcy.

Ok, smarties it is the same price and same 14 bids as when I posted it yesterday. I'll edit my original posts and remove the link and pix. You actually think that was going to go under ANYONE's radar with Vintage/Top Time/810/Chronomat all in the title?

and 12 more snipes ....

joking, u are probably right that many of the oldtimers here had it on watch, but there are many, many non-registered readers;
posting a pic (or two, three) is enough for us to verify, if something seems fishy. then, of course, post the link.

does no harm and might, from time to time, help to keep some interesting pieces under the radar, that does happen.

showed it b4, if somebody had posted the link to this one:

I probably would not have that on my wrist now (and would have been mightily pi**ed):
