it is a Montbrillant. nice, authentic, expensive.
many think this model a bit small w/ 38mm, I disagree, wears nicely, especially the white dial version.

I had one on those, nice very wearable watches but as the hands are silver against a creme/ivory dial I had a really hard time telling time most of the time (does that make sense still ? , 3* time in once sentence ? :D )
