It's unlikely that Shilbid will pay for it but reported post-sale anyway

I used to think shilbid had the user name of shitbid which I thought was brilliant!

Wish I had the balls to do what he does.

Well, really, what's the worst that can happen by doing what he does?

If you're not careful, you could end up in a bidding war with a real buyer who might win and end up paying even more than intended!

My understanding that bidding on eBay constitutes legal undertaking to purchase so you could be forced to pay for a fake watch. Not something I'm prepared to do.

I see it as if the seller cannot prove its authentic the buyer wont have to complete the purchase.
As ebay rules say just before the final button push ¨If the item is not authentic do not list it ¨
Its illegal to list a trade mark item unless it is genuine and its up to the seller to KNOW this, not guess.
Thats how I see the rules but someone may know different.

I would just put a maximum bid of $1,000,000 or something insane like that.
