I have seen a few fake Panerai wall clocks, but not one like this. Does Panerai actually make wall clocks? Even if it is only for the dealers?

Panerai most certainly do make wall clocks. Here's one being sold by Blowers

Can't comment on this particular sale as I've no knowledge of Panerai but, as you said, there are replicas being sold.

Fake. If you google the quartz brand used, you'll come across lots of replica websites selling these fake wall clocks of various designs & brands.

You see these fake clocks being sold in craig's list too.
