Someone has stolen my pictures of watch and posted listing on Ebay with my pictures of watch.

I allready reported that this listing is fake one.
Please, report the same from you. And don't contact with that member, because he is not the owner of watch. I am owner of watch and I am selling it.

I have already posted in my selling post picture with my name, date and the watch. So you can see, that it is mine.

Sure, Do you have the link or item number of your original listing so we can report? I can't find yours in the current or completed listings

OP is selling the watch here in the Buy / Sell / Trade section. Problem is, only the owner can report stolen images to eBay. We can report this as fake, but it's not!

OP is selling the watch here in the Buy / Sell / Trade section. Problem is, only the owner can report stolen images to eBay. We can report this as fake, but it's not!


From ebay's limited reporting choices it might be possible to select: Listing Practices -> Fraudulent Listing Activities -> You Suspect that a Listing is Fraudulent. After this selection there is a line from ebay as follows: The listing has items being sold without the owner's authorization. You didn't bid
Not sure that will work but I'll give it a try.
