This is extremely similar to Patek chronograph.
What is Sea Gull? Never heard of it.

First Chinese watch manufacturer since 1955.
These days producing around 30% of world's mechanical movements.
The piece that you see in my post is equipped wih the Sea Gull manual wind ST19 movement which is essentially the Venus 175 movement that incidentally amongst many others has been used in quite a few vintage Breitling watches and very often the spare parts for them these days most likely come from Sea Gull believe it or not.
Sea Gull bought the production assembly from the Swiss back in the 60s and been manufacturing it happily since.
Some very accurate watches. This M199s is running at around +5 sec per day. Not bad for Made in China watch !!! :D

How much it costs in USD?
As I mentioned, it resembles Patek classic chronograph.
