Thank you everyone for your input, really appreciate it.

I guess the thing that was throwing me a little was the actual word 'Breitling' on the reverse of the strap.

On this strap (now mine) it is in a completely different font to my other strap & some of those I've seen on here. Take this one for example;

and

What you can see is that on mine, it is a sort of running writing font, whereas on these others (& a black calf that I also own) it is in block letters.

Is this simply the difference between an 'old' strap and a 'new'? A little like the stamped (old) vs raised (new) logo on the clasp's & buckles?
