I like seeing the Steelfish on different straps, because it gives me ideas.

For the fish I have black rubber deployment, brown calf on deployment, black calf tang, and the steel bracelet. Figured since I already had the deployment I'd give a 3rd party croc look a try to see what I thought - the Breitling croc was just to much and I don't think the SF is really *that* dressy no matter how you try to refine it wth straps. Decent strap nothing special but does give another look. I wish the stitching was either larger or non-contrasting. Might try some brown shoe polish on the white stitching, you think that wold last/look decent over time?

Waht ya think?

One of the guys on the forum colored in his stiching on his black leather strap with a sharpie, and it looked pretty good. I know they make brown sharpies. It might be worth a shot.

Great piece. But the NATO spoils it. IMHO.

Variety is the spice of life!

Thats why I have the bracelet, diver pro II, gold croco, and a few natos.

Its nice to change it up once in a while.

I'm with Tomcat on this one - there are much nicer and classier straps out there to bring that 'spice' than Nato straps which IMHO cheapen a very nice watch :) .

I have the ProII bracelet, a Gold Croco strap, the Diver ProII rubber, and a few Natos for my watch.

I used the Croc when I feel like being classy. The Nato is for when I know I will be getting my hands dirty.

I wear my SF 24/7 so I need to keep options for whatever activity I am doing.

Hmm... I got different watches for different activities... much easier, than changing straps every few hours...

Bracelet on the fish...
