Most suspicious is that the seller previously sold a white gold Patek Phillippe for $695:

have not knowledge whatsoever regarding that bargain Patel, but the Navi looks legit ?
Costco does sell Breitling at some locations, grey market, providing their own repairs and replacements apparently.
