so somewhere between 1947 and 1952 they changed to non beveled lugs
do we have '48 , '49 , '50 , '51 and '52 examples ?

It changed in 1948

Proof?

Without it I'm tempted to call BS, but that wouldn't be the behaviour of a gentleman :!:

that's the same friend that magically granted me access to your forum Michael Herbert ?

Thats great , but without showing proof its like saying that Elvis is still alive and lives in your basement and it will never convince the people here that your friend knows a fake Breitling from a genuine one

For me, its totally irrelevant what one "Dracha" says.

well.. that makes 2 , cause I don't really care what I say either but at least I try to back up my statements with thorough investigations and am willing to accept new information and facts

I also will readily admit I have made a mistake based on presented facts , you may want to try that as well, its really refreshing !
but as shown in your blog , you know exactly what you're doing and tell the world, too damn bad you wont do that here

Well for me, and I suspect others, I put a lot more weight in what Rene has to say than in the occasional obscenity laced ramblings of a member who hasn't been banned yet only because I don't have "proof" of who he is.

Perhaps I should ignore the proof and ask someone "west of the equator" (whatever the heck that means).
