Question for the experts.

Is it possible to special order discontinued models from Breitling? :?: Saw an officemate of mine yesterday wearing the older all polish Breitling Superocean A17360 and really love the look of the watch .. what a beauty! He told he purchased it in 2007 but has already been discontinued by Breitling. I think the new version is the Abyss 42mm which (imho) I dont find attractive at all.

Experts can correct me if I'm wrong but it should be possible but of course assuming thay have one available in their vaults.
I have been able to order bracelets directly from Breitling without having to go through AD.
Do not expect any discount on the retail price though, at least that is my experience.

Wessa.

You can't special order from Breitling.

You may be able to get one from a national distributor if they still have stock left, or they may be able to point you at an AD who still has stock.

For this model, I suspect that it's getting harder to find.

I'd say it would be pretty tough to get a NOS from Breitling but I could be wrong. These often pop up on the pre-owned markets, and a full service would make it new! Plus it would probably be a little cheaper in the long run. Good luck! :D
