Hi All,

I am new to the forum, but I am seeking some advice.

I am looking to buy a Breitling Superocean Heritage Chronograph for my 30th birtday in march, however Iam not sure which one to have.
Close to where I live is an authorised dealer who has the superocean heritage chronograph limited edition (Blue face, black bezel 2x chronograph's) for £3250 as they have just one left, but they also have the current heritage chronograph with the electric blue bezel & face (3x chronographs) for £3700 on offer.
I dont know an awful lot about watches but wanted one to remember my 30th by, so I would like you advice!!

Which one would you choose if you had the choice & why?

Welcome aboard.
I'd choose LE, it's LE and nicer appearance to me.

The running answer is always to buy which one you like better.. You'll wear it more often and enjoy it without the "what if I got the other one?" (and you will get the other one at some point)...

When in doubt.., buy both

Personally I like the LE as well.. normally I like the layout of three chronographs at 6 9 12 but the blue/black with black subs looks killer... it'd look great on a black/blue calf or black/blue rubber.. You just got 4 watches in one..

One: For day wear
Two: For evening wear

Thanks for your replies. I am thinking the LE myself, would you say that one would hold its value more also?

Watches in general, and Breitlings in particular don't hold their value. They will both be worth the same after any given period of time in % terms.

I personally prefer the two sub dial look of the LE, but both are stellar watches for a milestone like your 30th birthday. Good luck with the decision

I would normally get the LE, except I'm not fond of the blue dial in this watch. I would prefer the black or white dial. Which is probably why the AD still has this one.
