Hey guys, So i last night i finally put my order in for a Navi world white face! This will be my first breitling and cannot wait!! had my eye on the World for about 3 years now! AD says it usally takes 6-8weeks anyone have previous special orders that came quickier then the standard 6-8weeks. My brother's SA came in on the 8th week, i really hope it doesnt take that long this time!

Hopefully the wait goes by quickly!

I can fully sympathise as I am waiting for my Airwolf to come back from service - I hate the wait and miss it dreadfully but the time does pass, EVENTUALLY .

Please post some pics when it does arrive .

6 to 8 weeks? i ordered that exact watch on friday, it came in on monday..... where do you live?

Pictures will be up as soon as i pick it up!! I decided to go with a black Croc band since i will be wearing the watch casually, and only sometimes with a suit!
I ordered it from"la swiss" in Toronto

I have that watch sitting in my store right now! Btw my store = AD

i remember waiting for my first motors to come. took forever or at least it felt like that. hopefully the time flys by.

Geoff - welcome to Canada. Now you get why I always ask you how long it takes to order stuff in, because Breitling Canada doesn't hold inventory so it takes weeks... or months!

Not really true.

For a start there is no such thing as Breitling Canada. the distributor is Grigoros which is also the owner of La Swiss. Rather than keep stock at head office they push most of it out to the La Swiss stores, but because the corporate model is to have the stores compete with one another the managers of most La Swiss stores refuse to send stock to other stores because they want to try and 'steal' the customer instead. As a result the store managers don't even bother trying to locate stock from other stores and go to Grigoros who order direct from Switzerland.

Canadians know there is no "Breitling Canada" but if we were to write "Grigoros" then 3/4 of this board would have no clue who/what we are refering to.

La Swiss is not the only Canadian AD so even if there were La Swiss stores that did pull from others, the other AD's do not have access to inventory except for they have on hand, unlike in the US, or most other parts of the world.
