Can't think of much else that fits the in house and value proposition like the PO. I'd definitely want to try it on first, if your pre-owned is not local. What I've seen of the Liquidmetal looks different in the metal than in the photos.

The in-house seems like the hitch, though I appreciate that. That blue IWC Chrono is nice, though I really liked the Cousteau 2010 with gun metal background and blue sub-registers. I looked at the B01 blackeye blue and it was nice, but right next to it was a Blackbird blackeye blue. There was just no comparison.

Leaning heavily towards the new Omega PO. Found a mint condition preowned that I am thinking about scooping up at the right price.

Liquimetal dial, ceramic bezel, grade 5 titanium case & bracelet, display back, inhouse movement, brushed finish.....

The display back on the 8500 movement PO is a great addition I think you are on the mark with that beauty. Have you tried it on? If so what did you think about the additional height? I really like both the 2500 and 8500 movement PO. Blue watch seems like a great addition just in time for the weather to start warming up.

Blue dial Nautilus is a magnanimous watch! Just might be the perfect all around watch! Though pricey!

If I had the loot for a PP there's no doubt I'd go with the 5726, hands down one of the nicest PPs made. It's not blue but grey would work just fine.

I'll just add that my Aqua Terra with the 8500 movement has been flawless and spot on. Runs around +1 per day... I'd go for the PO... and in fact, I may one day!

Hey buddy,
I am a huge fan of blue dials, and my SA definitely answered the mail. I was SO close to ordering a blue Chronomat GMT.... You have named some superb choices. I would go with:

1. Liquid metal PO. It's blue, titanium for comfort, somewhat exclusive. It wears thicker because of the sapphire caseback though.
2. B01, but with a brushed bezel. I have seen brushed bezels before, but not sure if they come with the dial you are looking for.
3. Blue Seamaster Professional "Bond" with co-axial movement. My SMP is the previous non-co axial, but still a fave. I am not a fan of the bracelet though for lack of micro-adjustment.

I will definitely be wearing something BLUE of Feb 5th!!!! :D

Cheers,

Don

Don - if I had the wrist to pull off a Blue dial chronomat GMT then I would definitely be interested. I love your B01 LE, if that came in a blue dial it would lead the pack but unfortunately B01's don't come with a brushed option just yet. The ones that I have seen are the LE, Fish, and people who brush their own watches..I'm not that adverterous

The Ti liquid metal PO 8500 is still my top choice.

I'm glad you're into Omegas again. The blue liquid metal is awesome. I love the 2 color lume.

I'm really considering an 8500 PO also. I'm after the 42mm with black bezel and orange arabics.

There's my Omega buddy who I was waiting for!! I'm trying to get a 2 month old, mint condition, liquid metal for 30% off retail. Omega dealers won't discount these things...wtf.

But it comes in "semi" brushed option Sergio. It's what Breitling calls Steel polished/Satin finished as opposed to the Steel satin finish, if I'm not mistaken:

Hmmmm very interesting. I really do like that model in brushed and with Romans. Need Fear to chime in on the brushed option.
