So who else instead of me owns a Breitling LCD 9403 from the late seventies?

well, they at least sold a third one that our old friend TheSage at the Frankenfakes Museum has been trying to sell for some time, no. 1 143 5x from 1975.

congrats, Paul !
nicest 70s quartz Navi I have seen, was watching this because of the rarity, tempted me to question my no-quartz policy a little.
comes with full papers & the original Tropic and seems to be in NOS condition, impressive package. The 0 feedback would have scared me a little, hope all works out !

Yeah, the seller is a newbie but I've had good luck before with newbie's. This model of quartz watch seems to have a more reliable movement than the dual analog/digital display models. I really want the larger cased 9416 but haven't seen one of those available in quite some time.

Same movement like mine, but no light and chrono. Right?

As you can see by the digital display markings, the same as the 9403. It has the light from the top right button and chrono. Same movement same functions. The pushers are sticky on mine so it really could stand a service to free those up a bit.
