I just added the Superocean 42 to my Breitling collection this morning. This has doubled my collection to (2)! I know this watch is hit or miss for people, but something about it I just really liked. Plus, I really enjoy having the CSO older style (which is one of my all time favorite watches) - and the new SuperOcean style. Hope ya'll like!

Nice pick up. It is really growing on me especially after seeing them in person. Enjoy!

It's a mice looking watch and looks great on rubber as a casual watch. How do you like it compared to your "vintage" super ocean?

Thanks guys!

Yea, like I said it really grew on me and 42 is a perfect size for me.

Tough for me to compare with the CSO. That was my first breitling and holds a special place haha. Im sure you understand. But size and weight are comparable. I think the SO42 will be more of a daily watch than the CSO. Personally, i think it has more of a daily look than the CSO. I truly love both watches and will get plenty of use out of both! I am going to take some side-by-side shots tonight and will put them up soon.

Which one do you guys prefer out of curiosity?

Thanks all!

Nice addition, of all the new SO dial colors I like the black best...good choice. Wear it in good health.

When I had a SOII, I was surprised I preferred it on the Pro II bracelet ove the DPII strap.

Congrats.

Thanks guys...yea it really has been growing on me...I also have the DPII... I cant seem to want to take off the ProII yet. I like the way it looks/feels on it.

Shark, what made you get rid of it? did you not like it after a while? (just curious btw).

thanks!
