Picked up this one over coffee at the Phoenician Resort this AM from a guy in town for the Fiesta Bowl. My favorite Omega Seamaster - before the “Bond bracelet” and skeletonized hands. Fresh off a full Omega service and absolutely pristine save a hairline on the bezel at 30 which frankly is not noticeable to the naked eye. (and of course that wickedly great lume)

So this is what I’m wearing today – Seamaster Pro 300

Sharky how do you just pick a watch up over coffee? I'm obviously having coffee with the wrong kind of people.

I love the way the black strap highlights the blue dial on this watch.

That is a great watch, Tom. I really like the proportions.

Those 2254s are starting to become collector status... great size and I totally dig the Speedmaster style bracelet over the Bond one...

should've would've could've for me... they've gone up in price a bit now, but still very affordable.

Got lucky on this one - stumbled upon it moments after listed on TZ. The service provenance sealed the deal. The ability to inspect it in person locally 2 days later was pure serendipity. Several others on TZ tried to ply it away with higher offers. Fortunately the seller believed in the honor of his word.

And it is +1 sec for the first 24 hours. :D

Nice, my favorite Seamaster model, gotta love those 'sword' hands! I've been keeping my eye open for one of those for quite a while, great size and fit for me, just never pulled the trigger on one :( .

Now I see IWC is starting to leak out their pilot line new pieces. What's a guy to do now ?

The new pilot pieces are super sweet... even sweeter with an in-house movement... let us know when you get one! :poke:
