Beautiful ROC. That is my favorite dial - hands down. I have drooled over that one on the bracelet t the local AP AD. No pics here of the Monty on brown croco, but no doubt at all it would look outstanding. Just never seen a back dial that doesn't look great on brown croco.

Love my ROC was a grail watch. I switch it up onto steel and have 4 other straps too, to play with.oops

Where's the best place to buy straps? Anyone on here sell them?

Yes it certainly could. It all depends on the dial (IMHO).
For example, light brown croco worked well on my black Evo.
Perhaps, you should also try the gold croco on your Datora. (its a nice shade).
