typewise you already have all the info on the watch. a Premier ref. 760, case is from 1945.
would have expected a Premier movement to be marked, but there were many inconsistencies with movement markings.
normally do not comment on pricing, but this seems very fair.

Second stainless steel 760 that we have seen in a few weeks.

It looks OK to me, pretty well loved which probably explains the reasonable price and will need some TLC. Serial number dates it to 1945.
