The model number (B13050) and the serial number (1103450) are very faint. Is this normal for watch of this age?

The following numbers are found on the bracelet strap:-

15096
301D
Chrono/Duog

Can anyone tell how old is the watch?

Yes faint numbers, especially serial numbers are quite normal for a watch of that age and era.
The model is from the late 1990s
