Sorry I'm late to the thread. Congrats on the pick-up, and I'm glad my recommendation proved fruitful. Those pictures show off the watch quite well, I think - they sure make me want it! Of course, I'm holding out to see the new blue and black dials, but the more I see of the AT, the more I like it. It's definitely one of the more under-appreciated Omegas out there. It shouldn't be, though. With understated styling that is both sporty and dressy, the white gold accents, the finishing and attention to detail, the DB, the in-house movement, and the screw-linked bracelet, it's got a terrific amount going for it. And while it's far from inexpensive, it's a relative bargain compared to other brands' similar offerings. Wear it in good health, when the time comes. November will be here before you know it.

Well, it has been a very busy couple of weeks. Our daughter Ashley Reese was born on 11/14. She came into this world weighing a healthy 6lbs 7oz and is 20 inches long! Mommy and baby are doing great, as well as my first daughter, who is as happy as can be to be a big sister. I just wanted to add this great news to the post and let everyone know.

As for the Aqua Terra, well, wow... I haven't really taken it off my wrist since that day. It really is a beautiful, comfortable, classy watch. It may not be too clear in my previous photos, but I really love how the case is both brushed and polished. The brushed bracelet should be nice for hiding scratches, and the timekeeping seems to be spot on against a quartz in my collection. My wife has been wearing her necklace with the girl's birthstones and diamonds proudly and loves that as well.

and here's my new special girl...

I keep looking to see the watch in that picture. Even without it, though, she's adorable. Congrats.

Grats on a fine piece...I've drooled on these at a few ADs over in Dubai. Very subtle and classy piece for sure....wear it in good health. Also GRATS on the newest member to the family, brings back memories.
