Hello All,

New to the forum here... I recently inherited my first Breitling from a customer who could not afford or did not want to afford to pay an invoice. I was offered a watch for payment and have really enjoyed it. I was given a Chrono Avenger. The leather strap was in really poor shape, so I replaced with rubber (bretiling). The watch is in really good condition other than that.

Question is, does any one have a realistic idea of what I could get towards the purchase of a new or different watch, in trade value? I am really considering the Super Ocean. Now keep in mind this is not from an AD but a jewelry store that has taken this in on trade.

I would love some expert opinion. Which on this topic I am not. Technology that is my thing...

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Bill

do a search of the sales forum here, it will give you an idea. having things like box and papers adds value. As you probably know, value is subjective to a degree, but past ads here will give you a clue, then go from there.
