why stampings 10, 8, 2, 4 on the secondary dials are not so perfect?

It's just the way the dial designers chose to show the numbers. In order to show the complete number they would have to make them smaller and therefore harder to see. It's just a design choice.

yes, but the cut of the numbers in the intersections seems "too dirty" to this brand., don't you think???

I don't think so. It's a common design and even modern Breitling's like the Chronomat and Avenger have the same styling cues on some models.

I'm not convinced that all of those dials are 100% original, but as Paul says, nothing at all wrong with the cut-off numbers, completely consistent with Breitling.

They are both completely redone - thye look way too knew. The logo looks wrong because they are faked stamps.
