Hello all!

Really enjoy all the impressive knowledge members of this forum have. I'm thinking about buying a Top Time:

http://www.farfo.com/menswatches/Page1/ ... watch.html

In addition to your general thoughts about this model/dealer/price, here are some specific questions:

-Thoughts on going for a watch with a silver dial versus a black dial? (I'm torn and can't decide!)
-The crown looks to be unsigned...this means it's not original, yes? (Breitling never made unsigned crowns, did they?) Are unsigned crowns something I should be concerned about?
-The details about what movement this contains are vague. Cause for concern?

Thank you!

Colour is a personal thing so not going to comment on that.

Breitling did use unmarked crowns, but this one should have a B - not that big a deal though.

These have front mounted movements so it's possible that the store can't see what movement is in there - if you are uncerain, ask for movement shots.

Can anyone suggest a good place to find a NOS crown that'll match/fit?

Also...anyone know what the correct metal bracelet model from this year that'll match might be?

Thanks!

Other than luck on eBay you probably won't find a crown. Watchmakers don't tend to sell them because they need them for their work. Others will have to comment on bracelets for this.
