Also is there a big difference between the old evo vs the new chrono. I assume the price is right? Viewing the rotor and seeing if it is stamped would be the best confirmation? Did you see the attachement from the banned member its almost identical from this one. What is the difference? Thanks

The new Chronomat has an in house movement - and a much higher price as a result. No need to see the rotor (and they are faked too), it's real.

The banned member was selling the same model, but don't see the connection - not the same watch, just the same model.

Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me the difference between the one that was banned and the one I listed?

It's the same model - no differences. That watch was real too.

As it says in the link that you provided he was banned for attempting to sell fakes in a different thread.

Can someone explain a little better the difference between eta and inhouse movement? There is a cost difference but I would like to know a little bit more before I purchase one vs the other. Thanks

Breitling, like many companies have traditionally bought in movements from a supply house (ETA) and then modified them. This effectively means that the movement is an upgraded version of the same movement used by a lot of different companies.

An in house movement is developed completely within the company and is only used by them in their own watches. They are seen as more exclusive, and often have other advancements over the ETA based movements. In the case of Breitling's in house movement this means the ability to change the date at any indicated time, a longer power reserve and a different (arguably better) way of activating the chronograph.
