Hi all,
Here is the background... I just sent my Montbrillant in to have the crystal replaced and serviced (almost $500). I had the watch back for 3 weeks and the clasp lock (pilot's bracelet) broke off. The pins feel out. I took it back to the AD and told them what happened and they said that they had to send it back to Breitling. I just got a word that it was going to cost over $500 to replace the clasp because it can't be fixed! Am I getting screwed or what? $500 for a clasp...that is ridiculous. Apparently the one year "warranty" doesn't cover this. I need advice on what I should do. This is my third Breitling and I feel like I am getting totally screwed and it is really putting me off the brand. Am I going to have to suck it up and pay to have a new clasp installed?
Thanks
