Ebay user 10katica has listed this bad Avenger copy at least twice with a very high BIN price.

Its been bought by a shill bidder so there is no immediate danger of a real buyer getting conned but a couple of reports to Ebay would help get it fully removed.

A shill bidder is someone who places a false bid in an auction, often in collusion with the seller, to inflate the price.
I'm not sure if this would be strictly defined as a shill bid in this particular case as the fake buyer/bidder is trying to hinder not help the seller.
