Hello All!

I am in the midst of attempting to purchasing a Pilot Chrono Reference 3717 - 04. The the dealer I am utilizing is not able to locate a pre-owned model - they have a new piece but it is more than I am willing to pay after negotiations.

As a result I am contemplating Ref. 3706 - 04.

(I am aware of the cosmetic difference & size.)

I guess my question is should I just be patient or pull the trigger for a Ref. 3706 - 04, if one was available? Your input is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Contact member RRM1020, Roger, he has a nearly brand new 3717 that he bought brand new about 3 months ago and he mentioned that he wants to sell it. He's a great guy who I have done a few deals with.

Nothing wrong with the 3706, but personally I like the 3717 better. As 'mserge' suggests, should be able to find a used one in good condition. Check the sales forums (TZ,etc.), I see the 3717 come up for sale now and then.
