Hello everyone!

I'm about to become a member of the club, as I have my eye on a Super Avenger white baton dial. Before I pull the trigger, one relevant question: have there been any changes made to this model recently (more or less) that I should pay attention to? What I mean is, not being a brand expert, I would like to avoid purchasing an older version of the watch, if such a thing exists.

Thanks in advance!

Other than minor cosmetic updates to the dial it's pretty much the same watch. You can check when a watch was manufactured usingthe advice here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/articles_dating.shtml

Thanks for the reply and welcome, Roffensian.

About these cosmetic updates, would you mind sharing what they were and when they were implemented? i.e. If I purchase from an AD this month, is there any chance the watch they have in stock is the old one (given their turnaround is normal)?

Biggest change was to the arabics about 3 years ago - check the gallery out for plenty of threads of different versions over the last few years. It's possible that a watch that old could be in stock, but unlikely with a popular model like the SA, and you can be sure by checking hte date code that I linked you to.
