Crown's a replacement, serial dates to 1967. It looks OK to me, has the correct outer sliderule for a 67, has the WOG import code on the balance cock, looks like quite a nice example.

would try to have the crown replaced, but nice piece. seller is not one of the friendliest people on earth, but solid track record.

Maybe you should take over the purchasing department of the Durner FrankenFake Superstore, you would have the fakes out of there in no time ! It really only takes a little patience and persistence (and a love for vintage watches) to educate yourself, most fakes and frankens will then just "jump at you" the moment you see them.
