I liked the Explorer II as well, but the hands on the new one.... not so much. It is good to see that other companies are changing things though. I would have never known how much I liked the "old" explorer until I saw the new one!!

well I decided that the sub c was the way to go and picked up my latest addition to the collection this am. very pleased with the purchase and got a reasonable discount which was a pleasant surprise. will try and post some pictures soon. better sell one I guess...anyone fancy a really nice panerai?

Watches Of Switzerland in Birmingham called to say they had a black explorer 2 42mm in today. showed admirable restraint and did not go to check it out.
