I don't know much of anyting about these but certainly respect the craft. that being said, the ALS and the PP Chronographe à rattrapante are indeed watch porn

CNC machines will do most of the initial work, virtually all of the finish work on high end pieces are done by hand, although the two aren't exclusive - sometimes specialist hand operated machines are used - like rose engines for guilloche work.
