My Breitling which is a month old the hands will not glow in the dark like they did originally. Anything I can do to fix this?

That's not really possible.

Super Luminova doesn't fade and doesn't age. The only way to damage the SL in a practical sense is through moisture. This thread is 'kinda' similar and starts talking about perception vs. reality and what can affect how you see the lume - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=19840

:yeahthat and especially not after a month unless the case had been flooded with water..... but then I'm pretty sure you wouldve noticed that!
