Probably retains value as much as any used watch...don't buy for an investment, only to wear and enjoy, i.e. consume.

That might be correct Tom but how about a 2009 B01? That model had at least 3 or 4 price increases since its launch when it was priced around $8 I think. Theoretically, wouldn't the first buyers of the B01 be in better position for a resale than their 2011 counterparts?
