How about an image of the actual email from this "Danny", claiming that he didn't receive the package because it was sent to somewhere in Provo, Ut.
I guess that would shed a lot of light on this matter.

To be fair, I don't see how a picture of the fake ling will help, as even if it was produced, there's no way of proving who it belonged to in the first place.

I guess there are always two sides to a story, and if what jjalcede is saying is true, ie. can show proof of the email where Danny/J.Fernandez is claiming not to have received the package, then we have to admit that it would appear to be a huge discrepancy.
I think maybe we should just let Jadanf reply to jjalcede's more recent posts on here before drawing on our own conclusions as this is not helping the situation.

i never said you were the devil. i just find it weird that you dont have photos of the watch that you purchased. to be honest why dont you have any pictures of this watch that you purchased? most people when they make a purchase like this would tend to take some photos out of just pure joy. clearly you must have a photo you took....dont you?

Sweetie, you need some education:
1) You keep threatening to sue for slander. You mean libel. Look it up.
2) You cannot sue this site because (a) they are hosted in canada and (b) they are protected by the DMCA's 'Safe Harbor' provision. Look it up.

As for the root of this dispute, I doubt it will ever be resolved. Both of you will spend way more than $5000 if you tried to take it to court. Calm down and grow up.

I don't normally take pictures of new toys but I do understand your point. You must realize though that all of this happened in less than 24 hours. I received the watch, noticed that it wasn't functioning properly, contacted the seller about the issue as well as the fact that there was no paperwork. This was in the evening so brought it to local AD the next morning. When I was told it was a replica I contacted seller again for return. The watch was taken from the AD to the FedEx center. No time for pictures of this "joyous" occasion...

Hello,

Is there a way to see the Ebay listing (it should be still available no? Here in Europe we can see won items for the last 6 months).
So we all here from Breitling Source can check the Ebay bid and see pictures of the watch.

This is essential to see them, in order to discuss on facts only.

Hope to get this Ebay link shortly, we can get a better idea on this watch.

Last, the letter from Zadok jewelers is "too short", not signed (confusing serial number and ref number, it's not very good for any AD)

Here is a picture given by my AD (Etoile d'Or, Paris) in France, I needed an expertise for this watch, this is waht I was given back from them...
(You can notice that serial number and model number are correct and the date of production is also stated on the picture) :lingsrock:

See the ref number here for a correct picture taken for reference:

Agree, the Zadok letter is odd. You'd expect an AD to know the difference between a ref # and a serial #.

Agreed.
The ebay link would help. You should be able to access it in purchase history as it is still within 60 days.

The actual transaction took place on May 10th or thereabouts. I think eBay keeps stuff for 90 days.

Please do not call me sweetie, that is so condescending. Slander/libel, verbal/written, whatever. That's why I have an attorney so that I don't have to worry about nit-picking BS.

Don't tell me to calm down and grow up! I have people from this site sending me emails and leaving negative reviews about my BUSINESS! It doesn't get anymore grown up than this. I feel like I am fighting for my character and my livelihood all because I received a fake watch from a scam artist. How would you react if you were getting the following emails and reading reviews about your business...

And just when I think it can't get any lower, emails are being sent to other companies that I do business with. Surely someone sees something wrong here...

Hello,

Only if the seller or the buyer are agree to put here the Ebay link, it will be a very good start for all of us to make up our mind.

Hope this link will come very shortly... :D

Is the watch in the pictures the one you received?
