I have a early 70s Breitling Geneve stopwatch. 7 jewels, 1/5. In original box. Watch has been barely used. Beautiful condition. Back still have protective sticker. Box shows age. I am trying to figure out what I should ask price-wise for it...I need to buy hay! Thanks!!!

Paul (vintage) is our stop watch expert and he'll be along soon to offer his thoughts. Unfortunately these aren't particularly valuable, maybe $200 given condition. Wait for Paul to confirm though.

Yep I will have some hungry Icelandics pretty soon. In all seriousness I think I will just post the stopwatch on Craigslist for $175. If that is way off (pending what Paul says) I can always change the price. Thanks for your help!
Lauren

Craigslist is not necessarily the best place - eBay may be a better option, or you may even find someone here interested if you give it a day or so.

Big fan of Icelandics, the tolt is one of life's pleasures.

I am not set up for eBay. So will folks just respond to my posts here if they want to buy it or is there a marketplace?
Yes I am spoiled with tolt. Can't imagine riding a trotting horse.
Thanks!

There's a sales section here - viewforum.php?f=3

Rules are at the top, but basically just requires a price and let people know where you are, what kind of paymentyou will accept, etc.

The stop watch is probably a $60 - $120 piece. Nice that it has the box and paperwork. Best sold a lot of these for a long time so it's not uncommon to see these offered on ebay.
