Here are the 4 finalists, one edited to meet the rules. Tried to get a spectrum of views.

Up for 5 days. Only one vote per member allowed.

A great selection. As I am a glass half full kind of a guy I am opting for number 1

Just to clarify Shark, is the Few Good Men quote Novacastrian's comedy version or the actual quote? My vote would be different depending on which it is. :)

Gotta go with #4. Novacastrian's entry was easily the best for me.

Yes it is, but I had to choose a single line. I thought the best part was the interchange at the end.

Considering what the original rule was - what unaltered line from a movie best sums up what Breitling is saying to us, its longstanding customer base with its 2011 collection - I still personally think, "I fart in your general direction," says it best. I'm surprised that didn't at least get a spot on the ballot.

Thanks, but I don't think I can win my own hat. :D

Ok so in the spirit of the quote being unadulterated I'm gonna have to go with quote 2 coz in a cynic! That rule aside then Novacastrians revised quote wouldve won it for me.

Yes, but the rule also said it's what Breitling is saying to us, whereas the second quote looks like what Breitling is saying to themselves. I suppose I'm nitpicking, but that's still why I liked Tom's quotation so much.

Fun concept that seems to be getting over analysed to death so I'll just say - I voted.

I think I'm the only one doing the over-analyzing, so I'll back off. Didn't mean to spoil the fun.

I think we in the US must be granted some slack - most of us have spent a good deal of time recently watching C-span or the cable news networks to see if Washington really will play Nero and do nothing but fiddle while our economy burns. Nit-picking is the order of our day - it's all we hear and read.

Isn't that the truth. There comes a point each day when I have to force myself to stop reading about and obsessing over it, and just go out and get some sun.

Option 2 narrowly edging out option 4.
