 Actually, I heard some of the newer Rolexes have AR on the inside of the cyclops. Yes? No?

My CSO shows the AR coating quite a bit. While I wish it didn't, and that it always showed a pure black and white vs. sort of a midnight blue many times on the dial, it still looks great. I do appreciate the anti-glare properties, as at many angles, it looks like my watch doesn't even have a crystal.

Sometimes I wonder whether folks are keeping the crystal clean. I assume so, but who knows....................

Don'no. Mongo just pawn in game of life. But Mongo's GMT is circa 2000, so not newer anymore. A lot of Sub-C and GMT-C owners around here. Is glare an issue for you folks?

No AR on the Sub C or GMT Master II C. It doesn't bother me at all, but it can give off an Archimedes death ray with just the right angle and sunlight. I like it - makes me feel like a super-hero.

My Breitlings were the only watches I had with double-sided AR, and an older-generation SMP had it on one side. My other watches don't have it at all, and unless I consciously think about it, I never notice its absence.
