What dose the first maintenance cover?

My one needs polishing...

I believe that it's a full service, so would include what Breitling refers to as 'case refinishing'

The Emergency first service is free. It includes the watch itself (internal & external) and the maintenance of the 121.5Mhz transmetter and its battery.
After that it will cost to you 420€ to do that each 2 years, see here on the Breitling website:

EMERGENCY *420.––* Celina preriodičnog servisa EMERGENCY-BREITLING-sata je skup funktionalno-specifičnihzahvata kao osvežavanje (poliranje odnosno satiniranje) kućišta i metalne narukvice. PRVI periodični servis, nakon dve godine od kupovine EMERGENCY sata je besplatan. Delovi koji su potrebni za servisiranje a ne spadaju pod listu usluge održavanja ili remonta sata, se dodatno naplaćuju."

"Quartz Watch:Battery replacement. Checking of all working parameters of the movement and the watch functions. Cleaning of case and metal bracelet, replacement of all gaskets and water-resistance control.
EMERGENCY The maintenance service for the Emergency comprises all the work required to ensure smooth operating of the instrument as well as re-polishing of the case and bracelet. Two years after its purchase, the firstmaintenance service is provided free of charge by Breitling.
Complete overhaul – a 35% surcharge applies for watches in gold and platinum.
Any spare parts required for the repair of the watch which are not listed under “Maintenance Service” or “Complete Overhaul”, are subject to additional charges."
