Impossible to say - dial is aftermarket, case is covered in diamonds. The only thing shown that might be a giveaway is the date, and that seems to be OK.

Not my cup of tea but each to their own!

The applied logo on the dial is crooked and I think the term may apply to the rest of the watch. There's no way of telling if the watch or the diamonds are genuine and I think it would be crazy to consider buying a watch like this from a picture on eBay unless it was from a PowerSeller with a track record for this type of watch - eg there's a guy in NYC who sells via eBay/YouTube (sorry, no idea of the name).
